It applies to bosqueworks.com and to other websites and services operated by Bosque Works LLC, including any lead-generation landing pages we operate on behalf of our contractor partners.

3. SMS Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number through a Bosque Works form, by replying to a message, or by verbal opt-in during a call, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Bosque Works LLC or from a contractor partner on our behalf regarding the inquiry or service you requested.

• Message frequency: SMS message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive transactional messages (such as confirmation of an inquiry, appointment reminders, or follow-ups from a contractor) and, where you have opted in, occasional service updates.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Help: Reply HELP to any SMS for assistance, or contact us at cody@bosqueworks.com.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS at any time to unsubscribe. Once unsubscribed, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive marketing or follow-up SMS from that program.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How We Share Your Information

Mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold, rented, or transferred to data brokers or advertisers under any circumstances.

We share your other information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With a contractor partner you have requested service from. If you submit a service inquiry through one of our lead-generation pages (for example, a request for a roof inspection), we share your inquiry — including your name, phone, address, and the details of your request — with the licensed local contractor assigned to your area, so that contractor can contact you about the work.
• With service providers we use to operate. We use trusted third-party services for hosting, email delivery (Resend), SMS delivery (Twilio), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). These providers process information only on our behalf and under contractual obligations to protect it.
• When required by law. We may disclose information if compelled by valid legal process or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Bosque Works, our users, or others.
• In a business transfer. If Bosque Works LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; you will be notified before any such transfer.

We do not sell personal information as defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our websites use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects aggregated, anonymized usage data without using cookies and without tracking individuals across sites. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls on stored data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Deletion: request that we delete information we hold about you, subject to legal retention obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our website or by direct contact.
